On May 6, 2026, MindWorks opened the launch of Suzuki's new line of XUVs in Lahore, Pakistan, with our Singularity LED drone circus act. We were brought in by KEYS Productions, the Lahore production company behind the event.

The brief

The act was the opener. Its job was to set a futuristic tone for the night before the new cars were revealed, in front of a full LED wall and a packed room of guests.

What we built

We staged Singularity with a swarm of 30 choreographed indoor drones and a live performer in an LED suit. The drones started as a single line floating in front of the LED wall, opened out into a wide diamond over the stage, pulled in close around the performer, then rose into a helix over the crowd.

As with every MindWorks drone show, the work started with the space. We reviewed the stage, the ceiling height and the rigging points, then designed the flight area and the choreography to fit. Our current flight software doesn't rely on floor-reading sensors, so the drones can fly over any type of flooring and over obstacles. Every show gets pre-flight equipment checks, a designated safety perimeter, a crew briefing and a clear abort procedure.

Dalton Sessumes, the founder of MindWorks, performed the act, and Annika Burns was the assisting drone operator.

Planning an international show

We had about a month of lead time, which is about right for a show like this. It gave us time to build the choreography, sort out customs and travel, and arrive ready to set up. From customs and travel to setup and the performance itself, everything went smoothly.

The result

The room had their phones up from the first formation to the last. After the show, the Suzuki director came up to Dalton personally to thank him and tell him how incredible he thought the show was.

What this means for your launch

If you're launching a product, the drone circus can be built around your reveal. Drone colors, formations, music and timing can all be programmed to match your brand and your run of show, and the act can be staged fully on the ground or with an aerial finale when the venue has the height and rigging for it.

We are based in Austin, Texas, and travel for shows across the US and internationally. Lahore joins Germany, Dubai, Zurich and New York on the list of places Singularity has performed. See our indoor drone show service, read about the act on Das Supertalent, or see how we work with corporate events and DMCs.

FAQ05
Can a drone show be part of a car or product launch?

Yes. An indoor drone show can open the event, build up to the reveal or close the night. We program the drone colors, formations and music to match your brand and your run of show.

How many drones can you fly indoors?

We flew 30 drones at the Suzuki XUV launch in Lahore. The right number for your event depends on the size of the room, the ceiling height and the look you want, and we'll recommend it after we see your floor plan.

Do you perform outside the US?

Yes. Singularity has performed in Pakistan, Germany, Dubai and Zurich, as well as across the US. We're based in Austin, Texas.

Can the drones fly near the audience?

Yes, with the proper permissions and safety precautions in place. Our current flight software lets the drones fly over any type of flooring and over obstacles, and we plan every flight area around the room and the crowd.

How far ahead should we book?

About a month of lead time works well, even for an international show. That's what we had for the Suzuki launch in Lahore. If your date is sooner, get in touch and we'll let you know what we can do.
